Make A Great Second Impression
Yeah, yeah, I know. First impressions are most important. But with business tight, we need to treat existing clients as well as or better than prospects and new clients. What good does it do if we win a client and then underperform? So once a quarter, look at your list of top clients and ask yourself (be honest):
- What have I done for this client lately?
- Am I treating this client as well today as I would treat a new dream client?
- What service does my business offer that this client might not know about?
When we give freely, good things come back to us. And we create a great second impression.
